This course is
designed to introduce to the students the different kinds of Indoor and outdoor
recreational activities, as well as to develop the skills that will enable them
to appreciate the values of health and wellness through recreational activities.
Physical Education 2 (Delete)
This course involves the manifestation of the physical, mental and social response of individual to the regular pattern of rhythm or sound. It also deals with both theoretical and practical aspects of rhythmic activities and fundamental dance terms and steps commonly used in dancing.

SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND SOCIETY
The course deals with interactions between science and technology and social, cultural, political, and economic contexts that shape and are shaped by them (CMO No. 20, series of 2013). This interdisciplinary course engages students to confront the realities by science and technology in society. Such realities pervade the personal, the public, and the global aspects of our living and are integral to human development. Scientific knowledge and technological development happen in the context of society with all its socio-political, cultural, economic, and philosophical underpinnings at play. This course seeks to instill reflective knowledge in the students that they are able to live the good life and display ethical decision making in the face of scientific and technological advancement. This course includes mandatory topics on climate change and environmental awareness.
Living in the IT Era
This course deals with the social change and technological change by digital means contexts that shape and are shaped by them (CMO No.20, series of 2013). Information and Communication Technology is not only essential building block of a society, but currently driving behind social evolution. Digitalization comes with certain characteristics that can trigger political revolutions; create unprecedented richness as well as new dimensions of poverty; redefine our understanding of friendships, culture and entertainment; transform education, health care and business; and lead to both visions of future scenarios of global democracy and informational dictatorship. While doing this, a global perspective will be essential, as is the fact that not everybody has equal access to the digital age.
Digital technology is the most powerful and also the most tangible tool we currently have available to exploit the ensuing opportunities for social change. This course tackles the big picture of the digital age and we are not afraid of asking the big questions that arise from the incredibly complex dynamic of ongoing digitalization.

The course examines visual art including film as text, techniques of reading and analysis.
Physical Education 2
Fundamental of
Rhythmic Dances involves the manifestation of the physical, mental, and social
response of individuals to the regular pattern of rhythm or sound. This course
also deals with both theoretical and practical aspects of rhythmic activities
and fundamental dance terms and steps commonly used in dancing. Students will
also be given the opportunity to follow and interpret dance instruction. The
active involvement of the students is emphasized.
