This course is designed to understand the process of marketing research and consumer behavior as tool in developing business ideas. The course focuses on the process and practice of market research and understand the what, why, where, when and how in consumer behavior.  

This course is the study of realistic survey of various position in business enterprise specially personnel management.  The students will be provided with insights into the operation and problems of personnel management.  This also includes the basic functions of management that must perform in order to build an effective and satisfied group of individuals.

The Enterprise Development is a  course that aims to prepare students who want to consider a career in Entrepreneurship by providing a practical and experiential vehicle to incubate and nurture business ideas to a more mature stage. This will be done through direct hands-on learning but being guided by formal mentoring and coaching.

Entrepreneurial Leadership in Organization is designed to enable students to acquire leadership knowledge and skills, with entrepreneurial leadership at the core.  This course will involve activities about formulating a vision, building teamwork, conflict management, and 21^st century challenges being faced by entrepreneurial leaders.   At the end of the course, students will learn the theoretical and practical application of entrepreneurial leadership.

The course deals with interactions between science and technology and social, cultural, political, and economic contexts that shape and are shaped by them (CMO No. 20, series of 2013). This interdisciplinary course engages students to confront the realities brought about by science and technology in society. Such realities pervade the personal, the public, and the global aspects of our living and are integral to human development. Scientific knowledge and technological development happen in the context of society with all its socio-political, cultural, economic, and philosophical underpinnings at play. This course seeks to instill reflective knowledge in the students that they are able to live the good life and display ethical decision making in the face of scientific and technological advancement. This course includes mandatory topics on climate change and environmental awareness.
