Machine Shorthand 2
This course is devoted to an extensive review of the principles of shorthand applied to different office documents. It develops speed and accuracy in dictation and transcription and builds students language arts skills with emphasis on spelling, punctuation, grammar, and vocabulary usage and can take dictation at the rate of 50 words a minute; can transcribe a 3-minutes dictation with 10% error.
ENTREPRENEURAL BEHAVIOR AND COMPETENCIES
This course introduces the fundamentals of
entrepreneurship that deals with the role of entrepreneurship in economic
development. Topics on Filipino
entrepreneurial economy, entrepreneurial motivation, government assistance and
programs for entrepreneurs, development and growth theories and applications
are included. Relevant topics such as
business concepts and models, social responsibility, franchising, as well as
e-commerce in the Philippine setting shall also discussed.

Machine Shorthand 1
This course trains students to take dictation at speed beyond the limits of manual shorthand with the use of Stenograph Machine. It prepares the students to be court stenographers.
Keyboarding And Documents Processing
This course involves the application of the keyboarding principles and techniques in the production of different styles and forms of business documents. These include spreadsheet software in the preparation of financial and business documents. These include develop students' ability to encode 35 words per minute with one error per minute o a 5-minute timed writing. The students should be able to acquire the basic keyboarding skills that are necessary i the preparation of letters, memorandum, reports and other business communications.
Administrative Office Procedures & Management II
This course introduces the students as prospective office jobs. Its covers personality traits, work habits, attitudes, values, communication skills, and human relation skills, as well as business ethics that prepare them to respond to the needs of the contemporary office.
