CARE OF CLIENTS WITH PROBLEMS IN PERCEPTION AND COORDINATION
This course deals with concepts, principles, theories and techniques of nursing care of at risk and sick adult clients in any setting with alterations/problems in nutrition, and gastro-intestinal, metabolism and endocrine, perception and coordination, acute and chronic toward health promotion, disease prevention, restoration and maintenance, and rehabilitation. The learners are expected to provide safe, appropriate and holistic nursing care to at risk and sick adult clients utilizing the nursing process.
NCM 103 -Fundamentals of Nursing Practice Skills Lab
This course is an initial core course in the nursing curriculum.This course is designed to provide nursing students with necessary skills and attitudes based on theoretical knowledge to demonstrate the basic nursing care procedures for patients care.

MC4 Logic and Critical Thinking
This
course includes the discussion on the introduction of Philosophy, concept and
terms, judgements and propositions, reasoning, basic rules of syllogisms,
categorical and hypothetical syllogisms, other forms of syllogisms and
fallacies. Introduce skills that are essential to good critical reasoning,
forms of arguments, test of validity, and how to construct valid arguments.
Students will also learn the difference between an argument and an explanation
to the difference between deduction and induction.
FUNDAMENTALS OF NURSING
This course deals with concepts principles, theories and techniques as a profession, science and art. It emphasizes on the concept of man as a holistic being and the professional roles of the nurse in health care setting. The learners are expected to utilize the nursing process and the basic nursing skills as primary tool in health promotion, disease prevention, restoration and maintenance, and rehabilitation.
Health Assessment for BSN 1 S/Y 2020-2021
The course deals with concepts, principles, and techniques of history taking, head-to-toe physical examination and psychosocial assessment using various tools and interpretation of laboratory findings to arrive at a nursing diagnosis. The learners are expected to perform holistic nursing assessment of an individual adult client.
